About the Role
Sparken leverages behavioral science and evidence-based design to create high-converting brands and websites. We're an early-stage startup defining our niche and looking for someone to help shape our sales function from the ground up.
This is a performance-based role: the more qualified opportunities you generate and close, the more you earn. We're looking for respectful, strategic outreach—not pushy sales.
What You'll Do
- Cold outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and organize your sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery conversations
- Explain our process and coordinate with the team
- Follow opportunities through to close
Requirements
- Previous B2B / services sales experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Intermediate–advanced English
- Self-starter with strong organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
