About the Role

Sparken leverages behavioral science and evidence-based design to create high-converting brands and websites. We're an early-stage startup defining our niche and looking for someone to help shape our sales function from the ground up.

This is a performance-based role: the more qualified opportunities you generate and close, the more you earn. We're looking for respectful, strategic outreach—not pushy sales.

What You'll Do

  • Cold outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build and organize your sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery conversations
  • Explain our process and coordinate with the team
  • Follow opportunities through to close

Requirements

  • Previous B2B / services sales experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach
  • Intermediate–advanced English
  • Self-starter with strong organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
